Windsor Gardens Bardstown Windsor Gardens in Bardstown is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). That means that we have everything to serve a person from Independent Living, through Assisted Living to Personal Care and Skilled Nursing. This is a beautiful campus! 	Garden Apartments Our spacious garden apartments (approx 600 square feet) feature one bedroom, a full bath, kitchen area, three full closets, and a living room with patio doors to your own patio garden. We also have a library, sunroom lounge, an indoor/outdoor cafe lounge, a chapel and activity areas. There’s even a beauty salon! You may also choose a studio apartment (approx 400 square feet). Nursing Home and PC Beds
Windsor Gardens is a fully operational CCRC, or Continuing Care Retirement Community. We have a Complete Continuum of Care on One Beautiful Campus! This means that we are a licensed health care facility, with Medical Director, Director of Nursing, and full nursing staff. We have licensed skilled nursing beds as well as Personal Care beds. Check with your insurance professional, and you’ll likely see that one of our private apartments at Windsor Gardens can be yours as a covered benefit on your long term care policy.
